How to host your own diaper drive 

Throughout the year, volunteers across the world are collecting diapers to donate to local organizations serving recently-arrived refugees. Here’s how to host your own drive: 

1. Select a refugee organization in your area and let us know your plan (sign up below!).

If you live in Phoenix, San Jose, Houston, Seattle, Boston, or San Diego, Carry the Future has existing partners in need of diapers (see below). 

If you live in another part of the country, we invite you to find an organization to support on your own. Please feel free to email us if you need help! 

2. Figure out the details.

Before starting your drive, be sure you know what your organization needs–ask which size diapers they need the most and if they need diaper wipes, too. Be sure you have a plan for dropping off your donations when your drive is done! 

3. Start your drive and spread the word! 

Set a goal for how many diapers you’d like to collect. Then, tell your friends, family members, neighbors, colleagues, and local networks. Invite people to drop off donations, shop online and ship to you, or donate money with which you can buy diapers. You can even create an Amazon wish list! 

4. Drop off your donation and celebrate!

Work with your contact to find a good time to drop off. Don’t forget to snap a few pictures and share online. We’d also like to know how you did. When your drive is finished, please complete this quick survey.
